Biography
Beth Rogers formed Rogers Law Offices in 2008, a Firm dedicated to providing high quality solutions to national lenders, regional lenders, creditors' committees, corporations and individuals in creditor rights, litigation and bankruptcy matters. Since then, Ms. Rogers has built Rogers Law Offices into one of the largest women owned and most active creditors’ rights Law Firms in the Southeast. The success of Rogers Law Offices is based on its astute analysis, capabilities, zealous representation and responsive client service. Ms. Rogers is committed to building the Firm into a major force in the creditors' rights field. She takes an active role in mentoring young lawyers and helping create great leaders.
Beth Rogers actively participates in civic organizations, including the Atlanta Bar Association, Lions Clubs and the Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation.
